Living among vineyards in General Alvear
General Alvear, in southern Mendoza, is flat land of vineyards, poplar rows and irrigation canals. Villa Marzolina turns that landscape into a private country club of 40 hectares.
General Alvear, in southern Mendoza, is flat land of vineyards, poplar rows and irrigation canals. Villa Marzolina turns that landscape into a private country club of 40 hectares.

Each home occupies a quarter of its lot and is surrounded by its own vineyard. Houses of up to two storeys keep the horizon open and the landscape in the foreground.
About 6.9 hectares are reserved for common and commercial use: a private lagoon with a dock, sports areas and services for residents and guests.
The entrance portico is designed in a native brutalist language, in local river stone with reflecting pools. Cameras, perimeter security and access control operate 24 hours a day.
From General Alvear: Las Leñas ski resort is 292 km away, Mendoza city 299 km and Buenos Aires 896 km. Close enough to travel, far enough to disconnect.
